Clayton is a co-founder and has been the Chief Executive Officer of MONEYME since its inception.
Clayton is the Chair of the Disclosure Committee.
Clayton brings more than 15 years’ experience in the development of brands, business strategy and innovation. He has a strong background of executing capital strategies, building new technologies to replace legacy processes and fostering highly engaged and rewarding team cultures.
Prior to establishing MONEYME, Clayton spent eight years at Vodafone and Vodafone Hutchinson Australia where his roles included Head of Retail Channels & Head of Retail Transformation, Head of Sales Strategy & Distribution Management, Head of Sales Investments & Planning and Commercial Finance Manager. During this time, Clayton was responsible for strategy, finance, sales and business transformation.
Clayton previously worked for Glaxo Smith Kline in United Kingdom within strategic mergers management and planning.
Clayton has a Bachelor of Commerce (Statistics, Economics and Finance) from Oxford Brookes University. He also has a Certificate in Business Accounting from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

David Wright

David joined MONEYME as CFO in March 2024.

David is an experienced financial services Chief Financial Officer who, prior to joining MONEYME, was Deputy CFO of Angle Auto Finance.
David has also held divisional CFO roles within Westpac and Macquarie Bank.
David previously worked in the agriculture and travel industries.

He has responsibility for developing marketing strategies for both the B2B and B2C products at MONEYME.
Richard’s background in both digital and traditional marketing spans across real estate, eCommerce and the automotive industries, with a diverse range of roles and skills working at brands such as realestate.com.au, BMW and Porter Davis Homes.

Jonathan oversees product performance, end-to-end operations in credit management and executes strategies and manages teams.
Jonathan has a Bachelor of Applied Finance and Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University.

Amanda oversees data science and analysis, providing useful insights to be business.
Amanda has a Bachelor of Accounting and Finance from Liverpool John Moores University (UK) and is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant, with 15 years+ experience in commercial analysis, pricing, strategy planning and product management.

James is responsible for strategy within the business, covering areas such as M&A, integrations, venture/strategic investments, and product strategy.
James has a Bachelor of Business (majoring in Economics and Finance) from the University of Technology, Sydney.

Frederick has responsibility for management of MONEYME’s technology architecture, systems, security and controls and has a background in delivering Microsoft.Net platforms in financial services.
Frederick has more than 19 years’ experience across software development, cloud solutions and product development for UK, US and Australian financial institutions.
Frederick has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geodetic Engineering from the University of the Philippines and a Master of Science in Business Information Technology from Solent University, UK.

He had responsibility for MONEYME’s legal, risk and compliance functions.
Simon has over 20 years of legal experience in financial service. Prior to his role as General Counsel at SocietyOne, Simon was Head of Legal and Compliance at iSelect Ltd and held a senior management role at ASIC, specialising in consumer credit and financial services.

With deep expertise in financial markets, Nigel oversees MONEYME’s investment strategy, debt investor relationships, capital markets execution, liquidity management, and market risk management.
Prior to joining MONEYME in November 2022, Nigel held leadership positions in Group Treasury at Volt Bank and ING.
He ensures MONEYME’s investments, funding and capital strategies align with its long-term growth ambitions.
